  1.                            SETUP
  2.  
  3.     This disk has a 2 step setup procedure, 
  4.               On non Windows 95 systems 
  5. You, after running the setup on this disk you must, 
  6.    if you do not already have video for windows 1.1e 
  7. go to the file manager and enter into VID11E directory. Run the 
  8. setup.exe program in this directory to set up Video For Windows 1.1e
  9.  
  10.              Now run the title from the title icon.
  11.  
  12.  
  13.             In the program the video itself has built in hotspot
  14. control, using your right mouse button, as the video plays, you may 
  15. "click and hold" to gain access of these controls, some of them needed 
  16. to be deactivated for programming reasons. Most of them work!!!!!!!!!
  17. Do not try to enlarge the picture with this as it will stop playback.
  18. You can save a frame and export it to another graphic application.

  20. If the video plays to slow, use the control in the video hotspot controler
  21. Right Mouse click on the running video screen, to reduce the video playback
  22. screen to normal view size, this will run normally on all systems.
